Pepperjack Sparkling Chardonnay Pinot Noir NV and natural oysters with finger lime pearls.
Course 2
Pepperjack Sauvignon Blanc with a chili, lemongrass and lime leaf Barramundi fish cake.
Course 3
Pepperjack Rose with seared Tasmanian salmon on a beetroot and fennel salad.
Course 4
Pepperjack Graded Langhorne Shiraz with a Beef and Kangaroo carpaccio, topped with rocket, capers and parmesan.
Course 5
Pepperjack Rare Find Shiraz with a Lamb rump served on a polenta cake with a red wine and rosemary jus.

Pepperjack Sparkling Shiraz and an Australian cheese plate for 2.
