Course 1 - Pirate Pie rum and beef handmade pie
Course 2 - Jerk chicken wings with rum and cola bbq sauce
Course 3 - Rum & ginger pulled pork slider with coleslaw and Bundaberg ginger beer battered onion rings
Course 4 - Fish taco with char-grilled pineapple with rum lime coriander mayonnaise
